3-year-old boy and his grandfather reported missing

The Philadelphia Police Department is asking the public to help find a missing 3-year-old boy, Khali “Ubba” Mercer, and his grandfather, 62-year-old Charles “Chuck” Eure.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking the public to help find a missing 3-year-old boy and his grandfather.

Khali “Ubba” Mercer was last seen around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday on Torresdale Avenue near Comly Street in the city’s Wissinoming section.

He was with his grandfather, 62-year-old Charles “Chuck” Eure. A family member told KYW Newsradio that Eure suffers from dementia.

Eure is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and about 180 pounds. He walks with a black and gold cane.

Mercer is 3 feet tall and 35 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue sweatpants, and green, black, and white Jordan sneakers.

They both reside in Royersford, Montgomery County.
