Bucks County police officer charged with luring minor in Atlantic City

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Four men have been arrested in Atlantic City for trying to lure a minor, and authorities say one of them is a police officer in Bucks County.

The Atlantic City Police Department said the men were arrested with help from community members, with screen shots of conversations between those residents and the men who are charged.

Clifford Horn, 54 from Chalfont, is charged with luring or enticing a child by various means.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office confirmed Horn is a corporal with the Central Bucks Regional Police Department.

Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said he has assigned members of his office to assist officials in New Jersey, and to investigate if there was any criminal activity in Bucks County.

Weintraub also says they are looking back at any cases Horn was a part of. Horn is suspended without pay during the investigation.

Eugene Pulley, 49, Jose Machuca, 51, and Sambatrimiaina Raminoson of Atlantic City, 26, are also charged.
