PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — U.S. Marshals have arrested a Bucks County man in West Virginia accused of creating and sharing child sex abuse materials.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office says 60-year-old Mark Wills manufactured hundreds of videos of child sex abuse material and shared them online over the past year.

Wills is accused of filming himself performing lewd acts and sharing the videos with children aged 13 and under.

Authorities say Wills victimized children throughout the United States and Canada.

Officials issued a warrant for Wills’ arrest on Feb. 6 and delegated the case to the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Philadelphia.

On Wednesday, investigators learned Wills was in West Virginia, and around 8 p.m. deputy marshals based in Clarksburg, West Virginia, located him at the Meadowbrook Mall in nearby Bridgeport.

Deputies arrested Wills without incident. He’s being held at a jail in Doddridge County until he is extradited to Bucks County.

Officials in Bucks County are expected to provide an update next week.
