PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Bucks County man charged with posing as a teen online to get illicit videos of underaged girls was caught in West Virginia and awaits extradition.

Mark Wills, 60, was charged with creating and disseminating child sexual abuse material, and unlawful contact with minors. The investigation into him began in mid-December, prompted by a cybertip from the messaging service Kik.

Bucks County District Attorney Jen Schorn says when investigators on Jan. 24 served a search warrant on Wills’ home on Main Street in Hulmeville, they found several phones, a computer and USB drives, along with handwritten notes of fake accounts Wills is accused of creating to coerce underaged girls to send him illicit videos and images.

“It included a list of online accounts and false identities of young male subjects with their names, dates of birth, email addresses, passwords, and in some instances, the date and time that they were created,” she detailed.

“Some of the years of birth indicated he was 14 years old, he was 16 years old so he could access these young girls. They thought they were having a relationship with someone, a peer to peer relationship. And in fact, he was a serial predator.”

Schorn says Wills had hundreds of screen recordings interacting with underaged girls. Investigators have identified four victims, but she estimates there are as many as 20.

After the search warrant was served, she says Wills liquidated $50,000 in assets and fled. He was caught Feb. 12 at a mall in Clarksburg, West Virginia by the U.S. Marshals Service. Marshals say they found evidence he was trying to start a new life there. He is currently in custody in West Virginia,

Wills is in custody in West Virginia, awaiting extradition back to Bucks County to face charges.
