WARMINSTER, P.A. (KYW Newsradio) — A teacher at a Bucks County Catholic School was charged Wednesday with trading child pornography online.

Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said authorities’ investigation of 65-year-old Richard Allen Adamsky began on March 30, 2025 after a cyber tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children pointed investigators to the Warminster resident for uploading porn online.

After a search warrant was served at his house on Wednesday, Adamsky admitted during questioning to searching and downloading images depicting child abuse materials for at least the last four years.

Adamsky is a teacher at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Elementary School in Warminster. He worked through the end of the 2024-25 school year, but is no longer listed as a school employee.

Schorn said he also was a youth sports coach.

“I do know football often times has training throughout the summer season. Track and field seems to be all year round these days, I know those were as well. Softball… were some of the sports that he listed as being involved in coaching,” she said.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact Warminster Police.

Adamsky is being held at Bucks County Correctional Facility on a $500,000 bail.
