PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia investigators are looking for a man they say killed a cat by setting it on fire.
It happened on Sept. 11 at 10th and Ritner streets in South Philly.
Authorities say the man lured the cat into a cardboard box then lit the box on fire — and subsequently, the cat, which died from its injuries.
