TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A Chester County dentist faces assault charges after a patient told Tredyffrin Township Police he inappropriately touched her during a visit.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on Jan. 3 at Main Line Dental Aesthetics on Chestnut Road.
James Godorecci, 56, of Wayne was treating a unnamed woman during an emergency visit. The woman told authorities Godorecci fondled her breasts during a therapeutic procedure.
He is charged with indecent assault. Bail is set at $25,000 with restrictions that bar him from contacting the woman and require him to notify the state licensing board.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
