PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A child is dead after being shot this morning by another child when playing with a gun inside a home in Norristown, according to authorities.
The Montgomery County District Attorney's office said police responded to the 800 block of Arch Street around 10:30. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges have been filed at this time. An investigation is underway.
