DARBY BOROUGH, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Police in Darby, Delaware County, have arrested a man and charged him with offenses related to sexual assault for the second time in about a month.

Police had arrested Nafeas Alexander, 30, of Darby last month and charged him with rape by force and other offenses after a victim report prompted an investigation.

Officials say Alexander was released after posting 10% of his $100,000 bail.

Police once again arrested Alexander, Tuesday, as the result of an investigation sparked by a different rape accusation made in July 2024.

Officials have charged Alexander with another set of offenses related to sexual assault, and he's currently in custody awaiting his arraignment.

Investigators believe there may be more victims. If you have any information, you're encouraged to reach out to the Darby Borough Police.
