PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities in Burlington County are asking for tips to track down the suspects who fatally shot two young men outside a gas station in South Jersey overnight.

Around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, shots were fired outside the 7-Eleven/Valero gas station on Route 130 in Bordentown, near Farnsworth Avenue.

According to the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, a 22-year-old man stumbled into the store seeking help and collapsed. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 21-year-old man was taken to a hospital in Trenton, where he later died of gunshot wounds.

Investigators said the suspects fled the scene in a Jeep and crashed in Florence Township. They remain at large. At this point, police said this does not appear to be a random attack.

Anyone with more information about the shooting or the suspects is asked to contact police at 609-265-7113 or tips@co.burlington.nj.us.
