PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are investigating after human remains were found inside a home in Northeast Philadelphia.
Authorities say officers were called to the home along the 1500 block of North Foulkrod Street, near Oxford Avenue, shortly after noon Wednesday.
That's where police said they discovered a decomposed body.
Investigators have been working to determine the person's identity and the cause of death.
