PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — You've got questions, they've got answers. A call center is opening Friday in Delaware to help answer questions the public may have about the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Delaware Vaccine Call Center can answer questions via phone or email. It will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, the center will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The center will be closed for the holidays, including Christmas and New Year's Day.
The Delaware Division of Public Health says the state received nearly 8,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine this week. Front-line healthcare workers in hospitals and long-term care facilities have already started getting shots.
Residents can visit the Delaware government website for up-to-date information about the COVID-19 vaccine and distribution plans.
