PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia man has been arrested for allegedly taunting law enforcement and encouraging murder by posting guns on social media. Authorities are now looking for a second suspect who they say did the same.

Officials said 24-year-old Kobe Artis and 34-year-old Dennis Brown were violently threatening people while holding firearms on social media and posting about illegally transferring guns.

Specifically, they said Artis posted that he “Hand(s) out ARs to every 18-year-old with an ID.”

Artis was taken into custody in a Kensington grocery store parking lot.

State officials said he had an assault rifle and a handgun on him.

He is now in prison, and faces six gun charges and a $1 million bail.

Brown, a convicted felon who is not allowed to have guns, faces similar offenses.

Authorities are still searching for him.

The investigation into both men continues.
