PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Developer Brian O’Neill has withdrawn an application for a data center in King of Prussia.
The proposal had called for a 4-million-square-foot facility — larger than Philadelphia International Airport.
Over the summer, the Upper Merion Township Board of Supervisors denied the plans, but O’Neill appealed that decision.
The zoning hearing board was set to hear that appeal on Wednesday, but that meeting has been canceled.
The group Upper Merion Against Data Centers noted that O’Neill is still suing the township.
