PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Former Eagles great Brian Dawkins appears to be an unwitting player in the feds’ immigration crackdown.
The Department of Homeland Security posted a hype video on X of Dawkins’ punishing tackles with the caption, “Our time has come.” In the montage, Dawkins also chants, “The time has come.”
The department also posted a black-and-white still of No. 20, shrouded in smoke, performing his famous “Weapon X” stadium entrance crawl. The image is accompanied by the text, “The Border Is Closed.”

The posts are referencing a purported migrant caravan approaching the U.S. border.
The NFL has not yet responded to KYW Newsradio’s request for comment.
