PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Downed wires blocking rail tracks were still affecting Amtrak service between Union Station in Washington, D.C., to South Station in Boston on Sunday afternoon.

Two of four tracks along the Northeast Corridor reopened, according to a Amtrak spokesperson, and service is operating again between 30th Street Station and New York Penn Station.

Trains operating on the available tracks are operating at reduced speeds. Customers traveling along the Northeast Corridor are advised to expect delays of at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

SEPTA's Trenton Line is still suspended, and service is down between Philly and Cherry Hill on NJ Transit's Atlantic City Rail Line as a result.
