
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A 41-year-old Colorado man faces numerous charges in connection with an accident that killed four teenagers over the weekend.
According to court documents, Christopher Neff had been drinking at the Turnpike Inn in Carney’s Point late Saturday into early Sunday before driving the wrong way on the turnpike. He collided head-on with a car, killing four teens. A blood test shows his blood alcohol level was .22, nearly triple the legal limit.
The victims were identified as 19-year-old Yaakov Kilberg, and his passengers, Aharon Lebovits and Shlomo Cohen, and Chaim Grossman, all 18.
Neff, who is hospitalized with two broken legs and several other injuries, faces four counts of vehicle homicide and related charges.
