SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — One person was killed and another was critically wounded in a shooting at a nursing home in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, early Monday morning.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said shots were fired at the Excelcare rehabilitation facility on Delilah Road before 7 a.m.
The victims have not yet been publicly identified, as their families are still being notified.
Officials said there is no threat to the community, and this appears to be an isolated incident involving people who knew each other.
There was no word on any arrests.
