PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The FBI has released a new poster in the hopes of finding the suspect accused of fatally shooting a man in South Philadelphia one year ago today.
Byshere Smith is wanted for murder, aggravated assault and related charges in the death of 21-year-old As Saadiq Abdul-Aziz. He was found shot to death inside a home along 23rd Street, just south of Snyder Avenue, on June 26, 2024.
Smith, 24, is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call authorities. Tips can remain anonymous.
