Flash flood warnings for Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Below is a timeline of what happened due to the severe weather in our area.

8:48 p.m.

Another severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for part of Bucks County and much of New Jersey.

Rain that has already fallen is continuing to affect the expressways in the area, including Center City.

8:15 p.m.

A new severe thunderstorm warning covers parts of the Jersey Shore area.

8:04 p.m.

Traffic on the Two's Justin Drabick said that flooding was affecting things in Center City and in Southeast Bucks County with the storms coming through.

7:54 p.m.

Parts of South Jersey are now under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning.

7:35 p.m.

"We're right in the middle of it," said NBC10 First Alert meteorologist Brittney Shipp.

7:32 p.m.

I-476 is being affected by flooding.

Additionally, storms are affecting Philadelphia International Airport.

7:12 p.m.

The Flash Flood Warning has been issued for the City of Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
