
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A homeless man was found beaten to death outside the Pennsylvania Convention Center early Tuesday morning.
The victim, a 48-year-old man, was found unresponsive around 7:30 a.m. along 13th Street, near Arch Street. A pipe was found near the body.
The Convention Center still serves as FEMA’s COVID-19 vaccination site in Philadelphia.
Homicide detectives are on scene and pulling surveillance video in the area.
