PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — For the second time in a month, a former Bucks County music and choir teacher has been arrested on charges involving alleged sexual assaults of minors.

Joseph Ohrt, 56, was arrested after investigations into incidents from the 1990s. He faces two charges of indecent assault of a minor and two counts of corruption of minors, after being previously arrested and charged with five felonies in February.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department said in that specific case in the 1991-92 school year, Ohrt had an 11-year-old student at Linden Elementary School sit on his lap to help him learn how to play the piano. Police said Ohrt then twice touched the victim's private parts, once putting his hands down the victim's pants.

Authorities said that the victim and a parent notified the school's principal about the incident, but Ohrt was eventually moved to Central Bucks West High School.

Ohrt later called the student a "rat" when they were both at Central Bucks West, law enforcement said.

The other victim was 13 when, authorities said, he was babysitting at Ohrt's home one evening in Doylestown Township.

Police said that when Ohrt came home, he touched the victim's private parts, hugged and kissed him.

Ohrt's bail was set at $100,000 and he was taken to Bucks County Prison.

In February, Ohrt was arrested after allegedly taking video of a former student in his home's guest room as he undressed, and inappropriately touching him during a trip.

Police ask you to call them at 215-345-4143 with any information on these cases, or if you or someone you know may also be a victim.

The Bucks County District Attorney was expected to give an update into Ohrt's case Wednesday morning.
