
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man they say is connected to a string of robberies in the tri-state area.
They say 22-year-old Joshua Randolph was involved in multiple cellphone store robberies in Philadelphia and is believed to be connected to robberies in Delaware and New Jersey as well.
A warrant is out for his arrest.
