PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for a man they say exposed himself outside of a Northeast Philadelphia day care.
It happened Monday around 5:45 p.m. on Castor Avenue, near Levick Street, in Oxford Circle.
Officials said the man performed a lewd act outside the window while children were watching. Surveillance video shows him wearing a white and gray camouflage hoodie, black sweatpants, and white sneakers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
