
NEW JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A 61-year-old man has been arrested and charged with setting off an explosive device at train tracks in Burlington County.
Officials say it happened March 10 near West Front Street in Maple Shade.
Surveillance video shows a white SUV slow down as something gets thrown out the window. Then, a dense cloud of white smoke forms.
Authorities identified Louis Monica of Maple Shade as the suspect and arrested him two days later. When police served a warrant at his home, they found numerous explosive devices and materials to make more.
Monica is charged with risking widespread injury or damage and other offenses.
