PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two teenagers making DoorDash deliveries were wounded and a man was killed during a shootout in North Philadelphia's Fairhill neighborhood Monday night.

Police were called to 28th and Reese streets a little after 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found three people suffering from gunshot wounds.

A 26-year-old was shot multiple times throughout his body, and the teen girls — ages 16 and 18 — were shot in their legs.

Police said the girls were making a DoorDash delivery to a home along Reese Street when a shootout occurred between two groups of people, one of which included the 26-year-old.

A third person — the delivery driver — took the girls to the hospital, where they are both in stable condition.

The 26-year-old man died at the hospital.

Officials found at least 30 spent shell casings at the scene.

Police said no one was arrested and no weapons were recovered. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Shooting Investigations Group at 215-686-8270.
