PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man is dead, and another is injured after a shooting in Southwest Philadelphia Monday afternoon.
Police responded to a shooting on the 5800 block of Fernwood Street around 3:15 p.m. There, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Police took him to a nearby hospital, where he died.
A little later, another man arrived at the hospital by private vehicle. He was shot in the leg and is listed in stable condition.
An investigation is underway. No arrests have been made.
