PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia man was upset because his ex-girlfriend wouldn’t talk to him, so he sent nude photos of her to her parents. Now, he’s in hot water in Montgomery County.
Marc Gorski was sentenced in Montgomery County court to two years’ probation, community service, and a $500 fine.
The 25-year-old from Kipling Place in Northeast Philadelphia pleaded guilty earlier this year to unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and harassment for sending two nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to her parents and two of her friends. Included with the images was a derogatory message that started with “Guess who!”
The woman told police that, after they broke up, Gorski threatened to send the photos if she didn’t talk to him.
Gorski is also ordered to undergo anger management and domestic violence counseling. And he’s ordered to delete all photos of the woman, with the understanding the Montgomery County probation department could search his devices to make sure they’re deleted.
