PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man was arrested Friday afternoon after pulling a gun on another man and robbing him in Center City.
It happened around 1:15 p.m. at Parc Restaurant on South 18th Street, near Locust Street in Rittenhouse Square.
Officials said a 35-year-old man was sitting at one of the restaurant's outdoor tables when a man approached him.
The man pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at him before grabbing his laptop.
He fled south on 18th Street, but police arrested him in North Philadelphia near Temple University not much later.
