PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man was shot on a SEPTA platform in North Philadelphia Sunday night.

SEPTA officials said a fight broke out on a northbound Broad Street Line train around 9:15 p.m.

When the train pulled into Allegheny Station, one of the men involved got off the train, and another man fired at him from inside the train.

The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

SEPTA Transit Police arrested two suspects and recovered a gun.
