PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two people have been arrested after police say a man was shot at and set on fire inside an apartment building in West Philadelphia.
Officials responded to a report of a person screaming inside an apartment on the 5400 block of Lansdowne Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
They say a 40-year-old man was at shot by a 38-year-old man then set on fire by a 35-year-old woman.
The 40-year-old was taken to a nearby hospital, where he's in critical condition.
