PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man from Maple Shade, New Jersey, is accused of damaging and stealing Pride flags from businesses in Haddonfield during Pride month.
Several of the flags were taken from along the Kings Highway Business District on Monday.
The following day, police arrested and charged 37-year-old Joshua Serad.
They said he was caught on surveillance video vandalizing the flags.
