The man wanted for indecent assault turned himself in, police announced on July 10. He was identified as Gary Miles. He is charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking to identify a man wanted in connection with the indecent assault of a woman inside a South Philadelphia Dollar Tree last month.
They say it happened on June 23 at the store on 56 East Snyder Avenue.
Store employees say he is known to frequent the Snyder Plaza and the nearby I-95 underpass, where he sometimes parks.
Police believe he could be between 25 to 30 years old. They say he is about 6 feet tall with a stocky build, short receding hairline and full beard.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, gray shorts and black sneakers.
