PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Anger management courses were once difficult to find, but this is no longer the case. When we think of anger management, we tend to focus on those who act out in a loud, dramatic fashion — especially if the anger turns to violence.

For every dramatic case, there are numerous cases of people internalizing their anger. Psychologists suggest that you should try to control anger before it controls you. Some tips include deep breathing, yoga, and making certain that you have personal time.


One major suggestion is taking 15 to 30 minutes after work for downtime. For those working from home, this is particularly important.
