Physicians are always suggesting diets when people are experiencing various medical conditions. However, no matter the condition, the major concepts are usually the same. The problem is that many people won’t turn to these diets until they have a problem.
Here are some strategies in those diet plans that you can start today:
—Cut back on saturated fats; choose whole grains
—Switch out starches for fruits and vegetables.
—When it comes to vegetables, try to get three to five servings per day.
