PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — So-called Blue Zones, parts of the world where people live longer, have received a great deal of attention recently.
It is interesting to study parts of the world where people live longest because we can take bits and pieces of information to improve our lifestyles.

Finally, socialize — enjoy other people and interact.
They all seem simple, but they make a big difference.
