PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for help locating a man and vehicle wanted in connection with the missing woman who was found dead in her Northeast home over the weekend.

Police say 53-year-old Ivelisse Lugo was reported missing on Saturday, last seen around 8 a.m. at her home on Elsinore Street near Van Kirk Street.

Initially, police were saying Lugo may have been with her estranged husband. Police returned to Lugo’s house on Sunday around 4:30 p.m. and found her body in the garage. Her body had stab wounds and was wrapped in a towel and blanket.

Nobody was arrested but officials announced Monday that 34-year-old Miguel Aguilar is a person of interest. They are also searching for a white 2006 Chevrolet Express they say he may be driving. It has a roof rack, a cross decal on the driver’s side rear door, and missing paint along the passenger side roof.

It has a Pennsylvania license plate that reads ZRR-4023.

Police urge anyone with information on either Aguilar or the van to contact Homicide Detectives at 215-686-3334.
