SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — The manager of a watch store in the Moorestown Mall was arrested on Tuesday after investigators discovered he allegedly put a hidden camera in the bathroom of the store and secretly recorded underage employees.

According to Moorestown police, two teenage employees of Time After Time went to the authorities with their parents on Nov. 26. They said they found a suspicious device with an SD card slot in the bathroom at work.

One teen said she noticed a flashing blue light on the device, so she took a video of it. When she left the bathroom, she told police that the store manager, Robert McGuire, immediately went in.

They told police they believed McGuire then removed the device and brought it to his car while taking out the trash.

Police searched his home in Willingboro and found the device and the SD card, which they said included graphic videos of both juveniles using the bathroom.

McGuire was arrested and taken to the Burlington County Jail. He is charged with creating and possessing child sexual abuse material and related offenses.
