PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for a man who burglarized a Mount Airy home last week.
Surveillance video shows a man in a purple “Quiet Storm” t-shirt lurking around the home on Phil Ellena Street, near Septa’s Stanton Station, around 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 22. Another clip shows the man inside the home, looking up the staircase.
Investigators say the homeowner was at work when his security system tripped and alerted him someone was inside.
They say the suspect, who is believed to be in his 30s, took several personal items and left through the front door.
