PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for whoever stabbed and killed a man in North Philadelphia Sunday night.
It happened just after 8:15 p.m. near Fifth and Courtland streets in Hunting Park.
“We do believe, however, that it might have occurred across the street at the parking lot of the Family Dollar,” said Chief Inspector D.F. Pace, “and the victim may have run across the street and collapsed … on the other side of the Family Dollar parking lot.”
The 36-year-old was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead minutes later.
Police are waiting to notify his family before publicly identifying him.
