PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man is dead and two others are injured after a shooting inside a North Philadelphia bar Sunday morning.
Police arrived at Henny's Sports Bar on the 2700 block of North 29th Street a little after 1 a.m. and found three men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police say a 48-year-old was shot multiple times throughout his body and died at the scene.
A 43-year-old was shot in the chest and armpit and a 44-year-old was shot in the hand and knee. Both were taken to nearby hospitals where they are in stable condition.
Police recovered two firearms at the scene and, according to our partners at NBC10, one person was taken in for questioning. An investigation is underway. Police urge anyone with information to contact them at 215-686-TIPS (8477).
