PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police say they are asking for public help in finding a missing girl and boy from Northeast Philadelphia, along with a missing adult. Neither child has been seen for more than a month.
Police say that Isabel Naumowicz, 3, and Jonathan Rossi, 7, were last seen leaving their home on the 7600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard at 2 p.m. on Nov. 1 with Edward Naumowicz, 43.
Isabel Naumowicz has blonde hair and blue-gray eyes. Rossi has brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities believe Edward Naumowicz may be close to the intersection of East Allegheny and Kensington avenues.
Investigators had no initial description about the clothing that any of them were wearing when they were last seen.
