PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police say an officer on a dirt bike was struck by a car Friday afternoon in Southwest Philadelphia.
Officials say it happened around 4 p.m. at the intersection of 61st Street and Woodland Avenue.
The officer was taken to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. He is expected to be treated and released.
