BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Officials in Bucks County are investigating an explosion inside a Tullytown home Friday evening.

It happened around around 7:15 p.m.

Tullytown Fire Marshall David Pearl says there was no active fire at the house on Stream Lane near Levittown Parkway, only evidence of an explosion. The impact did not spread outside of the house.

Pearl says a mother and two kids were inside the house when the explosion happened. All three were taken to a nearby hospital.

Officials are still investigating the incident, but Pearl says a heater inside the home is a possible reason behind the explosion.
