PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Joshua Steven Gonzalez, an agent with Pennsylvania’s Attorney General’s Office, has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

According to Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin, in October of last year and April of this year, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children got a tip about someone uploading child pornography videos.

A detective with the Lehigh County Computer Crimes Task Force obtained a court order and determined the downloaded videos came from Gonzalez’s computer. The investigation was also conducted by the Officer David M. Petzold Memorial Digital Forensics Laboratory of Lehigh County.

After an investigation, they determined that person to be 39-year-old Gonzalez of South Whitehall Township in Lehigh County.

Gonzalez, an agent with the Attorney General’s Office in Allentown, is charged with possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.

Gonzalez has a bail amount of $50,000, which he posted.
