PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia man, accused of killing his girlfriend at an Atlantic City hotel and casino Friday night, is now behind bars.
Frankie Lane, 59, turned himself in Monday night, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Authorities say Lane’s girlfriend, 57-year-old Sharon Whaley, also of Philadelphia, was stabbed several times. Police found her body in a room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday night.
The prosecutor’s office and Atlantic City and Philadelphia police are helping in the investigation. Lane is charged with murder and weapons offenses.
