PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Fifty-two schools in the Philadelphia School District will dismiss early on Tuesday, Sept. 1, due to high temps in the forecast.
Severe storms and temperatures in the 90s are expected to hit the Philly region on Tuesday and Wednesday.
