
BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Two people are injured after a small airplane collided with another aircraft Monday afternoon.
It happened on the tarmac at Doylestown Airport just before 12:30 p.m. Officials say a single-engine plane taking off from the airport struck another small unoccupied plane.
Bucks County spokesperson James O’Malley says preliminary information indicates three people were onboard the aircraft that hit the idle plane.
Two people were taken to hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.
