PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are investigating the death of a 2-month-old boy.
Officials said the infant was taken to Episcopal Hospital around 2 a.m. Monday by a person in a private vehicle. That person told hospital staff there was an incident at a home on Birch Street, near Emerald Street, in Kensington.
The child was pronounced dead about 30 minutes later.
The Special Victims Unit is investigating.
