PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police have released pictures of a car they said killed a Temple University student last month on Kelly Drive and took off.

The crash happened around 11 p.m. on June 24. Bryce Wolfe, 20, was hit by an SUV that was trying to make an illegal turn onto Reservoir Drive but swerved at the last minute, right into his motorcycle.

Police said the driver dragged Wolfe a mile down the road, going into the city, until his body broke free around Fountain Green Drive. The driver took off and Wolfe died hours later at the hospital.

Investigators believe the white SUV is a Chevrolet Trailblazer, model year between 2001 and 2008, and it may have red paint or damage to the driver side, a broken windshield and discolored passenger front wheel.

The family has put up a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the driver.

Investigators hope pictures of the car will help generate tips. Anyone with information is urged to call the Philadelphia Police Department tipline at 215-686 TIPS, and can remain anonymous.
